Welcome to Spark Island SEN!

Supporting pupils with moderate and specific learning difficulties

Welcome to Spark Island's new area, designed specifically for use by SENCOs.

With the expert help of a Special Needs adviser we have carefully selected activities from our existing resource that are particularly useful for teaching and supporting pupils with moderate and specific learning difficulties. Here you will find 64 highly motivational games for 3 to 11 year olds, suitable for a range of ability levels, each designed to help with one or more aspects of maths, English and science.

		A number of these activities have new printable resources attached to them, developed specifically to prompt and support your pupils through the games. For a complete list of these resources click here.

Most of these SEN activities have instructions that are read out for pupils. Look out for the information on the level of spoken support in each activity's 'SEN Information' paragraph.
